You the end-user,  Model and photographer have the option to apply PicProtect and AreaProtect if and when PICACCEPTED has been enrolled on our data ventures . 

This will with your representative limit your ability to be seen or exist at all in the OBXTALENTS site. Obviously this will hinder your abilities to make full financial impact and may have PICACCEPTED denial occur. In some cases not all you will be paid even if PICACCEPTED does not approve your pictures -Only the representative working on said projects will have seen Pictures not approved by PICACCEPTED. PICACCEPTED IS A ALGORITHMS FILE HAVING TO CONNECT PROVISIONS AND PRIORITIES FOR OUR SCOPES OF WORK. ONCE YOUR PICTURES BECOME DENIALS THEY WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. ONCE ACCEPTED YOU WILL THEN CHOSE YOUR AREAPROTECT GUIDELINES.

IN NO OCCURRED SITUATION WILL OBX BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE OF PICACCEPTED OR PICPROTECT OR AREAPROTECT.  IF GUIDELINES ARE IN VIOLATION OBX WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT AND ONLY WHEN A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION HAS OCCURRED WILL YOU HAVE TO HAND OVER REPORTS ON YOUR GUIDELINES.

Information you provide us by registering for an account can be seen as a working contract and will be establishing a employee employment relationship but OBXTALENTS or its project partners do not agree nor do we subscribe to any such amendments.  Our position is simply a network jobs provider and we are paying you to complete scope of work tasks , please understand you agree to be genuine and send only pictures of yourself and if you are caught sending fraudulent pictures or lying to representatives throughout the email we will terminate all privileges of communications and file the proper DMCA Take-Down petitions. 

In addition to the information provided automatically by your browser when you visit the Site, to become a subscriber to the Service you will need to create a personal profile. You can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering your email address, and creating a user name and a password. By registering, you are authorizing us to collect, store and use your email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 . The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18 , or allow anyone under the age of 18 to sign up for the Service. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 18 even with the consent of a parent or guardian are not able to use our services you may if representative sees ill intended purposes be responsible for proof of age and if under 18 we will delete that information as soon as possible.
